My Approach
Let’s be honest...life gets noisy. Between old patterns, inherited fears, and beliefs that never really belonged to you, it’s easy to lose sight of who you truly are.
My role is to help you cut through that noise.
Together, we’ll uncover the parts of you that have been buried under stress, self-doubt, or years of conditioning and gently bring forward the version of you that’s been waiting (patiently) to shine.
At the core of my work is healing from religious conditioning and the subtle (or not-so-subtle) messages that may have shaped how you see yourself, your worth, and your place in the world. We explore all of this with honesty, compassion, and even a little humor because sometimes, laughter really is the best medicine.
I draw from the depths of psychology that of psychosynthesis, combining it with presence-based tools, lightheartedness, and deep respect for your unique path.

Along the way, you'll learn practical tools to support lasting change:
-
Recognize your inner voices
Learn to spot the different “parts” within you—the critic, the pleaser, the rebel, the wise one—and understand how they influence your thoughts, emotions, and choices. -
Choose with intention
Instead of reacting out of habit or mood, you’ll develop the ability to pause, reflect, and consciously decide which part of you leads in any given moment. -
Connect with your deeper Self
Psychosynthesis holds that each of us has a Higher Self—a wise, guiding presence within. Listening to this part brings clarity, direction, and meaning to life’s messier moments.

This is serious work- yes. but that doesn't mean it has to be heavy all the time. We make space for humor, lightness, and real life moments. Because healing isn't just about digging deep- it's learning to breathe, laugh, and live from a place of wholeness.

Roberto Assagioli
(1888- 1974)
Transpersonal psychiatrist and founder of Psychosythesis

Assagioli's Big Message?
"If you feel fractured, it's not because you're broken. You are a collection of many parts, each with its own voice, each with its own potential. The key is learning to bring them together in harmony. When you do, life transforms from static noise into a symphony. Psychosynthesis is about helping you tune into all those parts, so you can take control of your inner dialogue and become the true director of your own experience." — Roberto Assagioli
Roberto Assagioli was an Italian psychiatrist who was ahead of his time. He trained in medicine and psychology and was deeply influenced by the works of Freud and Jung, but he found their focus on the unconscious to be limiting. Think of Assagioli as the original mind innovator, rejecting the idea that people are just a mix of problems, traumas, and diagnoses. Assagioli felt that psychology shouldn’t just focus on what’s wrong with us or dig too deeply into the past; it should also explore the potential for growth, healing, and transformation. He was one of the first to push for a more holistic approach to psychology—one that embraced both the science of the mind and the importance of personal growth.
While other psychologists were stuck digging into the "basement" of the mind (shoutout to Freud), Assagioli aimed to explore the entire building—attic included. He believed we’re not just driven by unconscious forces, but also filled with creativity, love, willpower, and untapped potential. So, he created Psychosynthesis, a fusion of science, psychology, and practical tools designed to help people unlock their most balanced and capable self. It’s all about leveling up your mental clarity and getting a deeper understanding of who you really are.
